How Does It Work?

What Will I Experience During My Session?
The first appointment is a $49 introductory visit, which we refer to as a mapping session.
Dr. Mike will determine whether or not you are a candidate for TRT. If you are, he will use TRT as a diagnostic tool and determine how many sessions you’ll need.
If you’re ready to begin, Dr. Mike will hold the patented SoftWave applicator against your skin to administer a high-energy acoustic wave that penetrates deep into the body, sending pulses of acoustic energy to address the problem area.
TRT is non-invasive and no anesthesia or numbing agents are needed. When it’s used over healthy tissue there won’t be any discomfort. However, if you have an inflamed area, there will be some discomfort so we’ll be able to really focus on the affected areas.
The treatment time takes just 5-10 minutes and you can expect to have a quick recovery and enjoy long-lasting results.
Typically, after the third treatment, we should see a 60-75% reduction in pain. After 6-8 treatments, we should have the maximum stem cell production that will continue to migrate and repair the tissue over the next 8-12 weeks. Research shows a success rate for musculoskeletal disorders of 65-91%.
